Heat Emergency – NO heat

Electric Emergency – NO electricity

Security Emergency – Your residence is not secure.
After-Hours

If you call emergency maintenance after hours and it is not an emergency, you will be charged.
•$50 trip charge for maintenance to come to your residence.
•$80 an hour for fixing the issue with a 2 hour minimum.
